The plate adopts minerals as fillers, and is made in a deep-processing by dissolving the minerals into the polytetrafluoroethylene materials. Its mechanical behavior is very stable. It has a very strong characteristic of chemist corrosion resistance. The phenomena of cold flow and creep deformation will not happen to it. It can maintain a long time of reliable sealing and is a sealing gasket which suits for situations of strong corrosion. It can efficiently meet all needs of sealing under PH value of 0-14 and temperature of 315ˇăC. It is soft and easy for cutting. It can be cut by a machine or by hand and is easy to fix. It can efficiently meet the need of rough surface and all working conditions needing effective sealing. Among sealing plates, this sealing material has the best performance.
Applicable fluids: steam, oil, liquid and gaseous chlorine, strong acid, strong alkali, refrigerating fluid, etchant, liquid and gaseous oxygen etc.
